Imagine the excitement Baby D felt when he meet Thomas the Tank Engine in real life! We took a family trip to the Orange Empire Railway in Perris, CA to attend a Day Out with Thomas. We had an amazing opportunity to take a twenty-five minute train ride on Thomas, and Baby D enjoyed every single minute of it. Each child on the train received a Jr. Engineer Certificate, signed by Sir Topham Hatt. Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17 are the final days to attend this awesome family event.
Only three days left to win free tickets!

We had a fun meet and greet with Sir Topham Hatt, the controller of the railway.
Baby D and daddy taking their seats on the "Percy" section of the train.
There were plenty of kids activity stations to partake in. Some highlights include a petting zoo, toy train station, live music, a bounce house and more.
Here is Baby D picking out a temporary tattoo. Choices...choices..
This is pretty much the only good photo I got of Baby D in the toy train tent. He bounced from train table to train table. It was hard to keep up with this guy!
In addition to the Thomas & Friends themed activities, we had a chance to take an up close and personal look at the Orange Empire Railway Museum. We saw and learned about early steam locomotives and rail cars from Southern Pacific and Union Pacific railroad.

I should also mention there are professional photographers located throughout the event. This is an awesome family outing, as you can view and purchase professional photos of your entire day at a Day out with Thomas.
